In Rome, on November 13, 2019 Chef Luigi Diotaiuti was honored for 25 years of professional service by the Federation of Italian Cooks. The Collegium Cocorum ceremony was held at the Italian House of Representatives.

Chef Luigi appeared at the NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo

As an International Marathon Runner, healthful and delicious dishes come naturally. Luigi shared recipes from his Al Tiramisu Restaurant Cookbook as he wowed the crowd at NBC4’s 25th Health & Fitness Expo. Barbara Harrison moderated as Chef Luigi and his son Enea Diotaiuti prepared healthy food and healthy drinks.

Discussing the Transumanza on the Radio

In May 2019 Chef Luigi was proud to appear on Basilicata’s popular radio program Officina 90  to discuss his non-profit organization, Basilicata: A Way of Living. Each year, one of the association’s principal activities, Sirino in Transumanza, a multi-day festival focused on agriculture, cuisine, and local culture attracts large numbers of residents and tourists alike.
