Two Chefs Culinary Cruise

Chef Luigi Diotaiuti and Chef Amy Riolo led a culinary cruise from Istanbul to Athens on Oceania Cruises in October 2014.The cruise included hands-on cooking classes, wine-pairing sessions with Chef Luigi, culinary history presentations with chef Amy, as well as spice market workshops.
