Italy’s Highest Cooking Show

On May 19, 2019 Chef Luigi Diotaiuti was featured in La Nuova for having created the “Highest Cooking Show in Italy.” Each year, his  “Sirino in Transumanza” event is proud to present the highly publicized and televised “Highest Cooking Show in Italy” which consists of Chef Luigi Diotaiuti’s collaboration with the Union of Lucanian Cooks and showcases elevated cuisine that incorporates local traditions and ingredients at an altitude of 1, 525 meters above sea level. In addition to learning gourmet interpretations of classic dishes, spectators can also view the amazing panorama of Mount Laudemio in the middle of the National Park.
